An expansive airport once utilised by the Nazis before being deserted has undergone a remarkable makeover - and is now utterly transformed.
Originally erected in the 1920s in Berlin, Tempelhof Airport was revamped a decade later to showcase the might of the Third Reich. The enormous, crescent-shaped terminal remains one of the world's largest single-roof structures, an impressive 1.2km in length.
