MARQUETTE – Upper Peninsula REALTORS has chosen Kelly Challancin of Leeds Real Estate in Iron Mountain for the 2025 Bright Spot Award.

Challancin was recognized in front of more than 160 of her colleagues and peers during UPR’s annual Continuing Education event Oct. 22 at Northern Michigan University in Marquette.

The Bright Spot Award honors a member who consistently brings positivity, encouragement and “realtor spirit” to UPR. These individuals may not always be in the spotlight, but their presence makes the association stronger, more welcoming, and more connected, the organization stated
