A house in Voorhees that sold for $2.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Camden County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 243 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $461,616, or $231 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $850K, single-family house at 30 Cooper Run Drive

A single-family house at 30 Cooper Run Drive in Cherry Hill, has been sold. The price was $850,000. The house was built in 1964 and has a living area of 2,395 square feet. The price per square foot was $355. The deal was finalized on Oct. 23.
