Wicked: For Good - Final trailer

Some fans are only just discovering the true identity of Elphaba's biological father in Wicked as the sequel arrives in theatres .

Wicked: For Good is the second instalment of the film adaptation based on the blockbuster musical. Wicked was released last year starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, chronicling the story of the green witch Elphaba and her unexpected friendship with Glinda.

Set before the classic film The Wizard of Oz, each Wicked film portrays one act from the enormously successful stage production, and audiences are eagerly anticipating the second part's release .

As the sequel lands in cinemas, some viewers are only now discovering Elphaba's true paternal lineage, reports the Mirror.
