Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday wrote to Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, requesting an immediate halt to the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the state, citing extreme work pressure on Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
