Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has strongly condemned alleged attacks and arson carried out by supporters of the Tipra Motha in Khumulwng, stating that no one can establish themselves in politics through force and coercion.

The Chief Minister on Friday visited the BJP Mandal office in Khumulwng, which was allegedly set on fire by miscreants linked to the Tipra Motha. He also visited the residence of BJP supporter Mita Debbarma, where incidents of violence, vandalism, and looting were reported.

Dr. Saha denounced the attacks as acts of terrorism and criticized what he described as a culture of political violence imported from the Communists. He asserted that vandalism, arson, and intimidation of political opponents would not be tolerated by the state government or the ruling Bharat
