India A’s decision to keep out their best batter, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi out from the three-man list for a super over against Bangladesh A in the semifinal of the Rising Stars Asia Cup has drawn massive ire from fans, with people calling out the management for the questionable choice of batters.
Chasing a massive 195 in 20 overs, India huffed and puffed to 194, the same score as posted by Bangladesh, to push the match into a super over.
Having been the chasing side, India had to come out to bat first and post a target in the super over. One would have expected Sooryavanshi to lead the charge, besides the likes of Priyansh Arya, skipper Jitesh Sharma, Ramandeep Singh or Ashut
