ESPN: Dallas Cowboys could make $28 million decision on George Pickens' future
George Pickens has been everything the Dallas Cowboys could've hoped for and then some.
His Week 11 benching not withstanding, Pickens has behaved himself in Dallas and is producing elite numbers. The former second-round pick has posted 908 receiving yards and seven touchdowns, which rank second and tied for third in the NFL.
With Pickens set to hit free agency in 2026, the Cowboys have a decision to make that looks to be a difficult one right now.
Do they extend or franchise tag Pickens despite already having one big wide receiver contract on the books in CeeDee Lamb's?
Or do they let him walk in free agency for nothing?
