PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Thanksgiving travel rush kicks off Friday morning.
Many people are breathing a sigh of relief at Philadelphia International Airport, now that all gates are reopened and running after the government shutdown.
Roughly one million passengers are expected to pass through PHL between Friday and December 2, making it another record-breaking year.
Sunday, Nov. 30, is predicted to be the busiest air travel day, according to data from aviation analytics company Cirium.
