Jitesh Sharma explained the reasoning behind not sending Vaibhav Suryavanshi for the Super Over in the Rising Stars Asia Cup semi-final against Bangladesh. On Friday, India A exited the tournament after losing the Super Over to Bangladesh in Doha.

Jitesh stated that while Vaibhav and Priyansh Arya are effective during the powerplay, the team trusted Ashutosh and Ramandeep for their experience in the death overs.
