LAKE WYLIE, N.C. (WBTV) - A Charlotte-area house has been selected as HGTV’s 2026 Dream Home .

Newly released post-construction photos reveal the stunning 4,700-square-foot residence overlooking Lake Wylie.

The luxury waterside retreat features multiple bedroom suites, expansive living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and abundant outdoor space for relaxation.

Many details, however, remain under wraps as crews continue adding the final touches.
