Siegen Lane's former Burger King is being replaced with a new burger and bun-centric restaurant.

At 7004 Siegen Lane, a boarded-up building is slowly coming back to life thanks to Bun's, a new restaurant that takes pride in its signature, house-made buns from scratch.

"The bread is our signature because we're going to be making it from scratch," said co-owner Jordan Younes. "It's going to be gelatin free, no added chemicals or food additives."

Designed by co-owner and chef Don Mousa, the menu features a variety of smash and dry-aged burgers, brisket, chicken wings, Philly steak and salad. There's also an appetizer menu with eggrolls, chili dog or cheesesteak fries, crab balls, cheese curds and more fried delights.
