The crash happened on an A-road
A woman suffered leg injuries after being hit by a Volkswagen Polo, police have said. The collision, involving the silver car and a pedestrian, happened on Tuesday, November 18.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 50s and from the Stroud area, was taken by ambulance to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for further assessment and sustained injuries to her legs.
Officers from Glastonbury Constabulary are appealing for witnesses after the incident on the A46 in Nailsworth.
A spokesperson said: "Investigating officers would like to hear from anyone who has not yet spoken to police and who may have witnessed the incident or the female pedestrian prior to the collision.
"Anyone who may have any relevant dashcam footage is also asked to get in touch."
