CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The sentencing hearing for Christopher Darnell Jones, Jr. got off to a late start on Friday morning.

Testimony has been underway all week as Judge Cheryl Higgins decides how long Jones should serve in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree murder charges for the shooting deaths of Devin Chandler, D'Sean Perry, and Lavel Davis, Jr. in November of 2022.
