In a potentially season-altering 23-19 loss to the Houston Texans on Thursday night, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was not immune from criticism.
The reigning MVP threw two bad interceptions, including one on the final drive when it appeared he had an open receiver on the left sideline. Allen’s 67.4 passer rating was his lowest output of the season , and unlike the Bills' 44-32 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov. 16, he was unable to overcome his mistakes through the air with his legs, losing three times as much yardage on sacks (70) as he gained on the ground (20).
