Mumbai Police’s Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) has summoned Siddhanth Kapoor, brother of Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor , in connection with an ongoing investigation into drug parties linked to underworld figure Dawood Ibrahim. Siddhanth, an assistant director turned actor known for films like Shootout at Wadala and Ugly, is scheduled to appear before the authorities on November 25, according to reports.
The summons comes after shocking claims surfaced earlier this month from a drug trafficker who alleged organising lavish parties for celebrities. These parties are said to have taken place both in India and abroad, with attendance reportedly including several Bollywood figures.
