Only a fraction of air traffic controllers will receive shutdown bonus

Air traffic controllers were promised a $10K “thank-you” bonus for working the shutdown — but less than 800 out of 10,000+ will get it. FAA says only those with perfect attendance qualify. Payments go out by Dec. 9.
