Ashes hero Chris Tremlett has undergone a remarkable physical transformation since retiring from cricket. Tremlett played a crucial role in the last England side to triumph in an Ashes series Down Under back in 2011.

The 44-year-old secured 17 wickets throughout that memorable tour, including the final dismissal in the fifth Test to clinch a 3-1 series win for Andrew Strauss' team. That Ashes triumph was the pinnacle of Tremlett's career, which was eventually brought to a premature end four years later due to persistent injuries.
