BIG RAPIDS, MI -- A pop bottle left in a Big Rapids parking lot, and filled with an unknown chemical substance, prompted the state police to neutralize it with a robot.
Bigh Rapids police said the bottle was found about 8:40 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21 in a parking lot for Water Tower Apartments.
Police told residents of the apartment complex to shelter in place.
