Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to chair the state Council of Ministers meeting on November 24,Monday. In this meeting, approval is expected for a supplementary budget of approximately Rs 10,000 crore for the financial year 2025-26, according to reliable sources.

The cabinet session is also scheduled for the same day. This meeting, occurring just before the fifth session of the 17th Odisha Legislative Assembly—known as the winter session—will see stamps of approval on multiple key proposals.
