NORTON SHORES, MI - The Muskegon County Airport is celebrating the completion of a more than $23 million renovation of its terminal.

Last fall the airport began extensive renovations to improve aging infrastructure and modernize the building.

The airport, located at 99 Sinclair Drive, also welcomed a new airline company, Denver Air Connection , at that time.

Construction included a $20.3 million relocation and reconstruction of Taxiway A and a $3 million terminal renovation that included new post-security restrooms, upgraded flooring, lighting and public spaces.

Community members attended a Nov. 7 open house and ribbon cutting celebrating the infrastructure and terminal improvements, according to a press release.
