As a busy working mom, Meghan Markle takes small moments of connection with her kids when she can (just like many of us!). For her, one of those ways is bonding with her 4-year-old daughter Lilibet during the work day, and it sounds sweet — and a little nerve-wracking.

In the December/January cover interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the As Ever founder, who shares Lilibet and son Archie, 6, with husband Prince Harry, revealed that her daughter hangs out with her while she works.

“My office is right by the kitchen, and I love that I can work from home,” she told the outlet. “It’s a great luxury.” She adds that her daughter “comes and sits on my lap when I’m in the middle of the meeting, whether it’s about P and L for my brand or it’s about something creative.”
