Beau Pribula is back.
Well, not at Penn State. But the former Nittany Lion is expected to be back this weekend for his current team.
Pribula is on track to start this weekend for No. 22 Missouri when the Tigers face No. 8 Oklahoma on Saturday, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel .
Pribula is returning from a dislocated ankle suffered against Vanderbilt on Oct. 25. The Penn State transfer and Central York standout missed Mizzou’s last two games.
In eight games, Pribula has completed 69.6% of his passes for 1,685 yards, 11 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He has also rushed for 220 yards and five scores.
Pribula’s return is a bit surprising. Initial reports after his injury last month indicated that the dual-threat quarterback could miss the remainder of the season.
