Grace Dent fights back tears on The One Show after sweet moment View 3 Images

Grace Dent was left on the brink of tears during Friday's episode of The One Show , as she pleaded with the hosts to 'stop making me emotional'.

The 52 year old recently stepped into the limelight as a judge on Celebrity MasterChef, taking over from Gregg Wallace who was axed following an investigation that upheld 45 out of 83 allegations against him.

Grace, who had previously been a regular guest critic on the show, has taken over the role from 61 year old Gregg.

During her appearance on The One Show, Grace became visibly moved as hosts Clara Amfo and Scott Mills read out messages from viewers praising her performance on the BBC cooking series. View 3 Images
