Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. is set to go on trial Dec. 1 in his alleged child abuse case, and prosecutors and Small’s attorney met with Superior Court Judge Joseph Levin on Friday for a brief conference to discuss what else needs to be addressed in advance.
