HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - A Hastings man is serving time for child abuse and enticement in two different counties.
Court records show Kyle Siebrass, 20, was sentenced Nov. 17 to 90 days in jail and five years probation for intentional child abuse. This was related to an April 2024 incident involving a 13-year-old girl. Siebrass was originally charged with sexual assault, but pleaded no contest and was convicted on the lesser charge.
Court records show that Siebrass is also serving a sentence in the Boone County jail in Albion for child enticement by electronic device. The records show that the Boone County crime involved a 13-year-old and was also committed in April 2024.
An affidavit makes reference to Siebrass contacting the girl in Albion who was later found in Hastings.
