Planta Industrial has already made a giant splash , winning new fans over with a punk-meets-metal-meets-dembow-meets-rap sound that is uniquely their own. The duo, comprised of Saso and akathedarknight, already had a banner year winning LAMC’s 2025 Discovery Award, playing Summerstage and a riotous borough tour, and scoring major collabs (Saso was just featured on Rauw Alejandro’s album). But they’re capping it all off with one more wallop of music, this time through their EP Punk Wave Sin Barreras Volume 1: Conociéndonos .
