CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The UVA School of Medicine received a $5.3 million grant from the federal Department of Justice.

UVA will work with the Naval Medical Research Command to better identify, prevent and treat brain injuries caused by repeated blast exposures to military personnel.
