Texas A&M makes another key extension decision after locking down Mike Elko

Only days after the Texas A&M Aggies extended head coach Mike Elko, they doubled down and extended athletic director Trev Alberts. In a unifying move, the University made an investment in the future by retaining the current regime.

Alberts new contract is a six-year deal worth more than $11 million average over the term of the deal. The deal makes Alberts one of the five highest paid athletic directors in college football and will keep him in College Station through 2031.
