JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Lakeisha Glaspie, who was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer in February, has already endured six rounds of chemotherapy. On top of treatment, she’s been without a car, making everything in her life from doctor appointments to seeing her children far more difficult. That changed Friday when the Lone Warrior Foundation blessed her with a brand-new car.

“I know between the surgery coming up and having no car and the challenges that come along with it, this is from all of us because we love you and this is what Lone Warrior is all about, to make a difference for people like you to help you along your journey because it's hard enough to be a single mom, but it's even harder to have cancer on top of it,” Rob Chumbook said.
