Giggle for Girls founder Sall Grover has accused the ABC of being “all in” on gender ideology after the national broadcaster’s own Media Watch conceded there were “gaps” in its coverage on a major trans court battle.

Ms Grover is seeking to appeal the federal court’s decision in August last year that she “indiscriminately discriminated” against trans woman Roxanne Tickle by barring her from the female-only social media app.

The Giggle vs Tickle case centres on the meanings of woman and sex for the purposes of the Sex Discrimination Act with the decision having far-reaching consequences.

The ABC has come under fire yet again for journalistic integrity and bias for failing to adequately report on the ongoing court battle and this week conceded there were “gaps” in its coverage.
