CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Cleveland Police Department.

Police said 70-year-old Jackie Callihan has been missing since 6:30 p.m.

Mr. Callihan is 5-foot-8, weighs 118 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. He suffers from dementia and requires medication.

Callihan was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, blue sweatpants with a red stripe, gray shoes and a backward baseball cap. He is believed to be with his dark brown or black chihuahua dog.

Callihan is possibly headed to the Edgewater Park area.
