One of the most renowned festivals of Bidhannagar and the city, Bidhannagar Fair 2025, will be held at Bidhannagar Book Fair Grounds from 1-21 December. The fair will be inaugurated by Kolkata mayor and urban development minister Firhad Hakim, informed Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation (BMC) mayor Krishna Chakraborty today.

The BMC mayor said the dates for the fair have been brought forward as the fair will be followed by the International Kolkata Book Fair at the same venue.

Total number of single stalls will be 335; the number of pavilions, kiosks, and sheds are respectively 15, 60, 88, and 2. Including the entertainment zones, the total number of stalls will be 500. As in other years, this year too, the fair will host an impressive array of stalls from various countries
