RAPID CITY — Defending champion Dell Rapids and top-seeded Dakota Valley are set to meet for the Class A title in the South Dakota State High School Volleyball Tournament.

Both teams notched semifinal wins on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025 and will meet at about 7:45 p.m. Central on Saturday, Nov. 22 for the title at The Monument.

Here are highlights from Friday's matches.

Dakota Valley 3, Hamlin 0

Top-seeded Dakota Valley made it back to the championship with a 25-20, 25-17 and 25-9 semifinal victory over Hamlin.

Claire Munch's 18 kills and 10 digs led the Panthers . Other leaders included Samantha Kimball, seven kills, seven aces and 10 digs; Madie Munch, 32 assists and 10 digs; Coryn Kimbell, 10 digs; and Aubree Worden, 12 digs.
