120 Bahadur, which was released in theatres on November 21, was one of the year’s most-awaited military dramas. It marked Farhan Akhtar’s return to the big screen as Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, a recipient of the Param Vir Chakra Award. The film, which stars a strong cast, had high hopes, but it started slowly at the box office.
According to early box office figures from industry tracker Sacnilk, the Farhan Akhtar-Raashii Khanna picture earned a measly Rs 2.35 crore. The film is likely to do well on the weekend. The film has a total occupancy of 8.58 per cent. Night shows had the highest footfall (14.70 per cent), followed by evening shows (8.53 per cent).
