The investigation into the Delhi car blast has uncovered a plan by a Jaish-linked terror group to carry out explosions in several Indian cities. One suspect said the plot was created in 2023, and investigators have been studying the conspiracy behind the 10/11 blast.
Dr Muzammil Shakeel, who worked with suicide bomber Umar Mohammad, told the National Investigation Agency that he had been preparing for the blasts for two years. During this time, he collected explosives, remotes, and other materials to make bombs.
