John R. Farrell Charlton - John R. Farrell, 82, entered into eternal life on Saturday, November 15, with his family by his side.

Born on June 1, 1943, John was the son of the late Sadie (Litwa) and John B. Farrell. He attended St. Mary's Institute in Amsterdam. Afterwards, he graduated from Albany Business College and Siena College, where he earned a degree in accounting, going on from there to work at General Electric. Later in life, he became an independent franchise owner of Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning, where he enjoyed many years of success working closely with his son until his retirement.
