Pacifica (13-0), which is coached by former Rancho Cucamonga High standout Mike Moon, will play at Palos Verdes for the title next Friday or Saturday. Chino Hills was playing in its first semifinal since 2021, when it went on to lose in the Division 5 final.
“We made too many mistakes tonight,” Chino Hills coach Keland Johnson said. “We shot ourselves in the foot in the first half.
