The Department for Work and Pensions is set to change payments for benefits in December. Claimants who receive benefits from the DWP and Labour Party government will notice their payment dates shifting in the forthcoming weeks.

If your benefit payment(s) are due to arrive on December 25 or December 26, they will likely be paid earlier - as these dates mark Christmas Day and Boxing Day, respectively.

If your DWP benefits have not been paid, contact the relevant helpline for your benefit type immediately. For Universal Credit , use your online account or call the helpline; for other benefits, call the general helpline.
