Hyderabad: In a major development, 37 CPI (Maoist) members from Telangana and Chhattisgarh surrendered before the Telangana DGP B Shivadhar Reddy in Hyderabad on Saturday.

Among them are Koyyada Sambaiah alias Azad (49), a native of Mulugu district, and Appasi Narayana alias Ramesh (70), a native of Peddapalli district. Both carried rewards of Rs 20 lakh each.
