A café and co-working offices could be built next to a train station on the northern outskirts of Bristol. Councillors are due to decide whether to grant planning permission for the new three-storey building next to Patchway station in Little Stoke .
The café would serve both the offices and the station. Solar panels are planned on the roof of the new building. The offices would be different sizes and shapes, to accommodate a range of tenants such as freelancers and small firms. There would be a fitness suite too.
The building would be located on an empty strip of land north of the station along Station Road, which was a storage yard. The plans, put forward by Estrans Developments, will be considered by
