Palakkad: The first prize of ₹12 crore in this year’s Pooja Bumper BR-106 lottery draw has been won by a ticket sold through the Palakkad-based King Star Lottery Agency. According to the agency owner, the winning ticket was sold at the retail level about three weeks ago and was likely purchased by a local resident.

The same agency had also sold the winning ticket for the Summer Bumper lottery earlier this year. The owner said he was delighted to see consecutive wins emerging from his outlet.

The first prize of ₹12 crore went to ticket number JD 545542 . The second prize carries ₹1 crore for each series (five winners), and the third prize offers ₹5 lakh each for 10 winners (two per series). The fourth prize is ₹3 lakh for five series, and the fifth prize is ₹2 lakh for five series.
