Marks & Spencer is reportedly looking to open 500 new food stores across the UK.
The high street retailer, which currently has around 330 stores, is believed to be looking for new sites across the country as part of a big expansion.
The Times reports the bosses have plans to have 180 mixed stores and 420 food-only outlets in the coming years.
Up to 200 of those could be in London, according to the publication.

It reported the retailer is looking for retail space between 10,000 and 18,000 sq ft in size, and in prominent locations which can be easily accessed by public transport.
