Local health-care providers are partnering through the Right Care, Right Place campaign to help Chatham-Kent residents stay healthy during the 2025-2026 cold and flu season.
The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team want residents to know where to get vaccinated and understand where to go for care whether they have a family doctor or nurse practitioner or not, states a joint media release.
“Vaccination continues to be one of the most effective ways to protect yourself, your loved ones, and our patients from serious illness,” health officials said. “This also helps preserve hospital capacity and reduce strain on the health-care system.”
The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit is hosting a series of vaccination clinics for eligible populations. For clinic schedules
