A 28-year-old physiotherapist died by suicide in Surat after jumping from the ninth floor of a shopping complex. The incident took place around 8 pm on November 21 at the Tea Partner Cafe located in the business hub building.

The woman, identified as Radhika was set to get engaged and married in January 2026. She often visited the cafe with her fiance and ended her life by jumping from the same place.

Radhika belonged to a modest family. Her father works as a diamond worker in a local factory. She ran her own clinic, Shreeji Physio Clinic. On the day of the incident, she followed her usual routine — visited her clinic in the morning, returned home for lunch, and resumed work. In the evening, she told her staff she was going out and left.
