Bandipora, Nov 22: Raising a sweeping list of grievances over governance, infrastructure and public welfare in Jammu and Kashmir, senior Congress leader and MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat on Saturday said that administrative delays, repeated power tariff hikes, failing services, and insecurity among Kashmiris living outside the region were creating “an environment of distress across society.”
