Marjorie Taylor Greene, once one of US President Donald Trump’s strongest supporters in Congress, is stepping down from the US House of Representatives. Greene announced she will leave office in January, saying her relationship with the President had broken down after disagreements on several issues, including the handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Her resignation follows months of tension with the White House and with her own party.
