AMES, Iowa (KCRG) - On senior day at Jack Trice Stadium, Iowa State never trailed, dismantling Kansas 38-14.
The Cyclones scored the first 17 points thanks to touchdowns from Brett Eskildsen and Carson Hanson.
Kansas’ only scores came in the third quarter, and the Cyclones answered them both with touchdown drives of their own.
Quarterback Rocco Becht finished 18-of-23 for 241 passing yards and three touchdowns, with no interceptions.
Carson Van Dinter and Caleb Bacon each had six total tackles to lead the Cyclones.
After the win, Iowa State moves to 7-4, with two straight victories. The Cyclones will head to Stillwater for their final game of the regular season against Oklahoma State.
