HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) - On a gloomy day in Central Virginia, the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen is shining bright with their holiday display.
“There’s just such a warmth and just a whole new feeling when you walk through it,” said K Alferio, president of the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen.
For Alferio, the center’s holiday display is a unique way to kick off the holiday season.
“Every year, we come up with new designs, we come up with new themes. We have an upside down tree,” she said. “We had one staff member whose been working for over a year knitting a tree.”
Alferio said the twinkling lights and colorful ornaments blend together in perfect harmony for a beloved tradition of lighting up the center’s outdoor tree.
