Two men were arrested on several narcotics charges after committing a moving violation near the intersection of Paul’s Path Road and Willie Measley Road in Kinston.

Rashad Perry, 35, of Lenoir County, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine, alter/steal/destroy criminal evidence, maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Chapter 20 motor vehicle violation, said Sgt. Josh Garner, with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office.
